Tenant Screening and Placement
We work with tenants to find properties that fit their needs in and around St. Joseph. Our screening process includes criminal and rental background checks as well as employment verification. Our goal is to ensure that prospective tenants are qualified and capable of meeting the requirements set forth in Missouri Association of Realtors leases.
Property Management
From single family homes to large and multi-unit dwellings to commercial properties and homeowner associations, we treat every management contract with the same level of care and attention. As members of the community, we drive by many of the properties we manage on a daily basis and all properties monthly. From working with the city to collecting rent, we act as the conduit for information and funds, relieving local and out of state landlords of many of the tasks associated with ownership.

If a task is more complex or requires a higher level of capability or specialized equipment, our relationships with local experts, from licensed plumbers and electricians, to roofers and tree removal experts, will help you find the right company for the job.
Project Management
Flagship’s team is ready to work with local and regional contractors to oversee larger maintenance and construction projects from the planning and estimate phase to final walk-through and acceptance.
