Our Goal
Flagship Real Estate Management is dedicated to providing professional property management, which includes advertising, tenant screening and placement, and property maintenance. We strive to be transparent in all of our processes and pride ourselves on timely communications with both tenants and owners. Based in St. Joseph, our staff are all members of the community who are invested in the continued improvement of each neighborhood by focusing on the investments made by landlords and the contracts made with tenants.

Joshua spent more than 20 years in the U.S. Navy before purchasing a home with his family and moving to St. Joseph. Upon retirement, he turned his project and personnel management skills toward the arena of investors and tenants. He understands what it means for an investor to place trust in a property manager while living across country or overseas. To that end, he has dedicated himself to ensuring that investors can rest assured that their properties are being taken care of in St. Joseph. He has been a licensed real estate agent since 2020 and continues to help clients purchase homes for primary residences or as investments.
